Caesarian Birth Support
Steady, grounded support for an informed and empowering
Caesarean birth
If you're planning a caesarean and want someone by your side who has helped others navigate this birth journey, I'm here. Together, I'll help you feel informed, prepared, and ready to meet your baby - and create the best possible conditions for rest and recovery afterwards.
How I support
your Caeasarian Birth
Before your Caesarean
-
WhatsApp support for you (and your partner) from the moment you book
-
One 2-hour antenatal session covering:
-
What happens during caesarean birth, from prep through recovery.
-
How to voice your preferences and support a gentle caesarean.
-
Getting your partner confident and ready to support you.
-
What to do if spontaneous labour begins before your planned date
-
Birth preparation tools for your physical and emotional wellbeing.
-
Space to share hopes, work through worries, and get clear on what matters.
-
-
Resources to create the conditions for the best possible Postpartum rest and recovery plan for the first 40 days.
On the day of your Caesarean birth
-
I'll be with you as you prepare and, if you choose me as your primary birth partner, I'll come into theatre with you.
-
If you have a partner who will be in theatre with you, I'll join you both if hospital policy allows.
-
If theatre access isn't possible, I'll be right outside - supporting your partner by phone and ready to join you on the postnatal ward as soon as visitors are welcome.
-
Practical ward support: protecting the golden hour(s), breastfeeding and baby care help, and staying with you and baby while your partner rests.

Once you're home
-
One 2-hour postpartum visit tailored to your needs - whether that's a listening ear, birth debrief, or feeding or sleep support. And always a nourishing home-cooked meal created according to your postpartum recovery needs.
