My Approach
As your Breathwork Facilitator
Together, we explore breathwork and somatic practices that support nervous system restoration, release tension, and create safety and ease in your body. Breathwork is a way to reclaim your aliveness, attune to your own rhythms, and nurture your relationship with self, body, others, and the world you reside in. My approach is gentle, responsive to where you are in life, and always led by what feels nourishing for you.

As your Birth Doula

I believe birth belongs to you. My role is to walk alongside you through pregnancy, birth, and the early postpartum - supporting you to weigh up your options, navigate the often overwhelming healthcare system, and make informed choices with confidence. From exploring preferences to offering emotional and physical support, I'm here as a steady, grounded presence.
I have had the privilege of supporting a variety of clients and births from many walks of life - from homebirths to hospital inductions and caesareans. This experience allows me to bring practical insight while always honouring and supporting your choices, whatever path your journey takes.

How I arrived here
I've always been fascinated by health, the female form, and the creative capacity of our bodies to heal, birth and evolve. For as long as I can remember, I've felt called to support women.

Before becoming a Doula and Breathwork Facilitator, I spent six years as a Healthcare Researcher, much of it interviewing clinicians about the challenges of modern medicine. Those years taught me a great deal about how the healthcare system functions - and where it so often falls short, especially for women.

In 2022, I followed my curiosity into women's health and body based healing. Since then, I've trained in somatic bodywork therapy, breathwork, voicework, and doula work - while deepening my own connection with my body, cycle, and womb.

Today, I work with women through the pregnancy, birth and postpartum journey as their Doula, and also women who are ready to tap back into their aliveness and unearth their creative fire through somatic breathwork.

This path has been profoundly transformative and continues to shape how I support others: with presence, attunement to the body's wisdom, and deep reverence for the intelligence of the breath and the sacredness of birth.
My background & training
I trained as a Doula with Leila Baker, former Director of Doula UK, through Side by Side Doulas.

My training was part of a community doula programme, giving me extensive hands-on experience supporting clients through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period and connecting me to a wonderful circle of Doulas and Birthkeepers, from whom I continue to learn and grow with today.

Alongside my private clients, I volunteer with local projects supporting those who may not otherwise have access to doula care, including Sister Circle and the Community Doula Project with Homerton NHS Trust.
