My Approach

As your Breathwork Guide

Together, we explore breathwork and somatic practices that support nervous system restoration, release tension, and create safety and ease in your body. Breathwork is a way to reclaim your aliveness, attune to your own rhythms, and nurture your relationship with your self, your body, and your inner knowing. My approach is gentle, responsive to where you are at in life, and always led by what feels nourishing for you.

As your Doula

I believe birth belongs to you. My role is to walk alongside you through pregnancy, birth, and the early postpartum—supporting you to weigh up your options, navigate the often overwhelming healthcare system, and make informed choices with confidence. From exploring preferences to offering emotional and physical support, I’m here as a steady, grounded presence.

I have had the privilege of supporting a variety of births—from homebirths to hospital inductions and caesareans. This experience allows me to bring practical insight while always honouring and supporting your choices, whatever path your journey takes.

I welcome all identities and family structures. While I often use words like woman, mother, and breastfeeding, I will always adapt my language to what feels right for you. I welcome all women and AFAB birthing people who feel resonance with my work.

How I arrived here

I’ve always been fascinated by health, women and our capacity to birth new life, and the power of relational support - particularly how different our experiences feel when we are truly held.

Before becoming a Doula and Breathwork Facilitator, I spent six years as a healthcare researcher, much of it interviewing clinicians about the challenges of medicine today. It was eye-opening - and often frustrating - to see how the system fails women, leaving so many unheard and unseen.

In 2022, I left health research to follow a path that felt more aligned: supporting women and birth. Since then, I’ve trained in somatic bodywork therapy, breathwork, voicework and doula work, while deepening my connection with my own body, cycle, and womb. This journey has been profoundly transformative and continues to shape how I support others - with presence, nervous-system awareness, and deep reverence for the intelligence of the womb.

I hope one day we live in a time where birth and the creative power of the womb are held with the deepest reverence and respect in every corner of world.
