What I bring
I offer birth doula support for those who want to feel informed, held, and confident, while staying connected to their body and inner compass.

My work blends a deep understanding of the NHS with embodied, nervous-system-led care - supporting you through pregnancy, birth, and the early days.

I support births across home, birth centre, hospital, and caesarean settings.

I'm a fully accredited Birth Doula (Doula UK registered) and former healthcare researcher with 5+ years experience working with the NHS & US based healthcare.
I bring both system knowledge and embodied, female nervous system informed lens — trained in breathwork, somatics, and trauma-informed care. I am North-East London born and raised, and this is the community I serve as a Doula.

Your pregnancy & birth journey:
How we'll work together

1. Clarity & Confidence
Understanding your ins and outs of your birthing body, your choices, and the landscape of birth. We give space to air your fears and hopes, and get clear on what matters most to you, supporting informed decision-making, and helping you feel confident in your preferences and in voicing your needs.

2. Rooted & Resourced
Building inner safety and bodily trust through breath, movement, somatic practices, and partner connection. We also gather your outer resources — environment, support people, and practical tools — so you feel held on multiple levels.

We meet three times during pregnancy to move through these together.

3. Labour & Birth Support
Calm, continuous presence throughout labour and birth. Support includes movement, positioning, breath, touch, environment, and communication with your care team, following your rhythm and responding to what unfolds.

4. Early Days Post Partum
One postnatal session to support your transition into early parenthood. This might include birth debrief, emotional processing, feeding support, rest, and tending to partner or household dynamics - always with nourishment at the centre (and delicious homemade snacks of course).

Double Doula Care Package
Investment: £2500

For those who would like the reassurance, continuity, and shared wisdom of two doulas supporting them throughout their journey, I offer the option of shared doula care.

From the very beginning, you’ll be supported by both myself and one of my trusted doula colleagues, bringing together our combined experience, complementary ways of working, and shared commitment to care that centres your needs, choices, and rhythms.

Together, we will:
-
Co-facilitate your antenatal preparation sessions
-
Share the on-call period from 38 weeks
-
Ensure that one of us is always fully present with you during labour and birth

After birth, both doulas are available to support you postnatally if you wish, offering continuity, gentle integration, and extra holding as you settle into your new rhythm.

This option can feel especially supportive if you value:
-
A sense of being held by a mini-village throughout pregnancy and birth
-
Being supported by more than one trusted practitioner
-
The depth and reassurance that comes from shared experience and collective care
