Post Partum
Doula Support
Here from day 1
to help you navigate the tender early days with your newborn baby.
My intention as your Postpartum Doula is to help create the conditions for you and your baby to thrive, and ensure you always feel supported and nourished - from preparing homecooked meals and supporting your nervous system to rest and recover, to offering evidence-based information and holistic support to strengthen the mother/parent-baby dyad.
